Cancellation & Refunds
Understand how your data and access are managed during the cancellation process.
- 7-Day Refund Window: We offer a 100% refund policy within the first 7 days of your initial paid subscription.
- Immediate Termination: Choosing to 'Request Refund' will immediately disable your premium features.
- No Post-Window Refunds: Refunds are not provided for renewals or requests made after the 7-day window.
Stopping Auto-Renewal
If you want to keep your features until the current period ends, use the auto-renewal toggle.
- Preserve Access: Stopping auto-renewal ensures you keep all Pro/Core features until the end of your prepaid period.
- Transition: At the end of the period, your workspace will revert to the Free tier and its associated limits.
- Re-activation: You can re-enable auto-renewal at any time before the period expires.
Step-by-Step: Cancellation Flow
Manage your subscription exit with these steps:
- Navigate to Settings -> Billing & Plan.
- Choice A (End of Cycle): Click 'Stop Auto-Renewal'. Your features remain active until your expiration date.
- Choice B (Refund): Within 7 days, click 'Cancel & Request Refund'. Your access will be cut immediately and our team will process the refund.
- Confirmation: You will receive a secure confirmation email from our billing team once the action is finalized.
