2. Free Trial
- DNote offers a 7-day free trial for users to evaluate the Services before making a purchase.
- No charges are applied during the trial period.
- You may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid billing.
3. Refund Eligibility
- 7-Day Window: We offer a 100% refund policy within the first 7 days of initial purchase.
- Official Channels: Requests must be submitted via the Billing settings or email.
- Complete Satisfaction: If DNote doesn't meet your workflow needs, we provide a full refund, no questions asked.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
- Requests made after 7 days from the purchase date.
- Failure to cancel before auto-renewal of a subscription.
- Partial usage dissatisfaction after the refund window has closed.
- Account termination due to violation of Terms of Service.
5. Processing & Timelines
- Method: Refunds are processed through the original payment method (Razorpay or Stripe).
- Timeline: Approved refunds are typically processed within 10 working days.
- Bank Delays: Note that your financial institution may take additional time to reflect the credit.
6. Chargebacks
We encourage users to contact support directly before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may lead to immediate account suspension and loss of data.
