Mid-Cycle Plan Changes
Arka does not support automated instantaneous plan swaps mid-billing-cycle. Instead, we use a manual review process.
- Concierge Request: If you need to change your tier before your next renewal, you must submit a formal request via the Billing settings.
- Manual Adjustment: Our billing team will review your request, calculate any prorated adjustments, and contact you to finalize the transition.
- Downgrades: Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period to ensure you get full value from your paid tier.
Step-by-Step: Requesting a Plan Change
Initiate a subscription transition with these steps:
- Navigate to Settings -> Billing & Plan.
- Compare: Review the features and limits of each tier in the comparison table.
- Submit Request: Click the 'Request Plan Change' button to open the Concierge modal.
- Details: Select your target plan and provide a brief reason for the change (e.g., 'Scaling team size').
- Review: Our team will review your request and reach out within 1-2 business days to complete the transition.
