Unique Invite Links
The fastest way to onboard your team is via a secure, unique invite link generated for each workspace.
- One-Click Generation: Generate a link from Workspace Settings that anyone can use to request access.
- Joining Workflow: New members enter their details and join as a 'Guest' by default until promoted by an admin.
- Instant Access: Once they click 'Join', they are instantly redirected to the workspace with their initial permissions applied.
Managing Invitations
Keep your workspace secure by managing who has access and when.
- Pending Invites: Track who has been invited but hasn't joined yet in the Workspace Members tab.
- Revocation: Cancel an invitation link at any time to prevent further signups from that URL.
- Role Assignment: Assign a specific role (Admin, Member, Viewer) at the time of invitation or after they join.

Invite colleagues to your secure workspace in seconds:
- Open the Workspaces Settings for your target project.
- Click the Members tab and select 'Add Member'.
- Generate Link: Click to create a unique, cryptographically tied invite URL.
- Set Default Role: Choose whether new joiners start as Members or Viewers.
- Share: Send the link privately to your team. Once they click, Arka handles the secure key exchange automatically.
