Bridge Arka with your external apps securely:
- Go to the Integrations Hub from the sidebar.
- Authorize: Select a service (e.g., Google Calendar) and follow the standard OAuth login flow.
- Vault Bridge: Ensure your Security Vault is unlocked to enable background sync for these apps.
- Toggle Sync: Turn on the specific sync triggers you need (e.g., 'Calendar to Arka' or 'Note to Slack').
- Monitor Activity: Check the integration log to see successful sync events and any connection alerts.
How to Link Accounts
Connect your external world in three simple steps.
- Choose Your App: Search the Integrations Hub for the service you want to connect.
- OAuth Authentication: Sign in securely via the official provider (e.g., Google or Microsoft) to grant access.
- Enable Sync: Once liked, toggle the 'Auto-Sync' feature to keep your data moving seamlessly.
The Vault Prerequisite
Background synchronization requires the Arka Security Vault.
- Managed Access: Integrations use the Vault to securely access needed workspace keys for background updates.
- Bi-directional Sync: Changes made in Arka are pushed to external apps, and external updates are pulled into Arka.
- Permission Control: You remain in full control—revoke access for any specific integration or the entire vault at any time.
