Your dashboard is your personal command center. It is designed to be fully customizable, giving you a high-level overview of your productivity, AI insights, and workspace activity.
The Command Center (Grid System)
The dashboard uses a flexible, responsive grid. You are in control of how your information is displayed.
- Edit Mode: Click the Pencil icon in the dashboard header to enter Edit Mode. You can now drag widgets to reorganize them or pull the handles to resize blocks.
- Multi-Device Layout: Your layout adjusts automatically for desktop, tablet, and mobile, ensuring your most important tiles are always visible.
The Widget Library
Arka offers a diverse library of widgets categorized to fit your workflow. Access them by clicking the **Add Widget (+)** button.
- Productivity: Instant access to Recent Notes, Pinned Items, Workspaces, and Recent Files.
- AI & Insights: The AI Insight Panel visualizes trends in your documentation, while DNote AI Ask provides a quick-access portal for queries.
- Lifestyle: Personalize your space with Weather, Multi-timezone Clocks, Daily Quotes, and Mood Trackers.
Focus & Habit Tracking
Stay consistent with integrated tracking tools built directly into your dashboard tiles.
- Streak Tracker: Gamify your daily documentation and study sessions with visual streaks.
- Daily Goals: Set and monitor your top priorities for the day through the Goal Tracker widget.
- Focus Sessions: Start timed focus intervals directly from your dashboard to eliminate distractions.
How to Customize Your Dashboard
Tailor your Command Center to your specific workflow:
- Click the Pencil icon in the top right of the Dashboard page.
- Move Widgets: Drag any tile by its header to a new position in the grid.
- Resize Layout: Pull the resize handles in the bottom-right of any widget to change its footprint.
- Add New Views: Click the (+) Add Widget button to browse the Productivity and Lifestyle libraries.
- Save Layout: Click Done to lock your personalized configuration.
